In order to enlarge this opening to make the room feel a little more open . We rerouted this 3" waste line that once came straight down . We were able to bring it to the side in order to remove the wall.

This picture is from a repipe we did in Coto De Caza. This manifold allows the home owner to turn off or on the water to any fixture in the house from one location. This works great if you have a large house and only need certain fixtures working. Then when you have guests you can turn the other fixtures on that are needed.
